Nom Nom Nom!
As we all know I'm obsessed with sweets so I was on the lookout for a ln easy and super quick way to get my fix. Enter: Keto chocolate cake. I'm not going to get into any long thing before I get to the recipe so here we go:
What you'll need:
- 3 tbsp almond flour (not meal)
- 2 tsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetended cocoa powder
- 1.5 tbsp truvia (or another sweetener)
- 2 tbsp butter
- one egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Melt your butter...
Add your sweetener...
Add your cocoa powder, mix together, then add your egg, almond flour, coconut powder, vanilla extract, mix together...
You should have this...
Bake in your microwave for 60-75 seconds and let it cool...ENJOY!
